The Bhaktavatsalam Educational Trust was founded by Mr.O.V.Alagesan, former Union Minister, in 1958, to commemorate the 60th birthday of Mr.M.Bhaktavatsalam, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Both Mr.Bhaktavatsalam and Mr.O.V.Alagesan were Gandians and visionaries, who have made immense contribution to Nation building.

Their desire to enrich young minds is ably supported by Mr.Vamanan, President, Bhaktavatsalam Educational Trust, an Engineering Graduate twice over. Their combined vision result in the continous up-gradation of educational standards at all the Brindavan Public Schools.
